How to delete your data

Delete your whole PostGaadi account

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This revokes platform tokens where the platform supports it, deletes your uploaded videos and thumbnails from storage, and deletes your campaigns, publishing history, statistics, notifications and connected accounts. Posts already published on other platforms stay there; delete them on each platform.

Disconnect a single platform

Open Accounts and choose Disconnect. The stored tokens and connection details for that account are deleted immediately.

From Facebook or Instagram

  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → PostGaadi → Remove.
  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → PostGaadi → Remove.

When you remove PostGaadi, Meta notifies us and we mark the connection as revoked. If you also ask Meta to delete your data, we delete every Facebook Page and Instagram connection you made, including the encrypted access tokens, and Meta shows you a confirmation code you can check above.

From Google, TikTok, LinkedIn or Pinterest

Revoke PostGaadi's access in the platform's app permissions (for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions). PostGaadi can no longer use the connection; disconnect it in PostGaadi to delete the stored details too.

By email

Write to privacy@postgaadi.com from the email address on your PostGaadi account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

See retention in our Privacy Policy. In short: everything linked to your account is deleted; security audit records are kept without a link to you; encrypted backups expire on their normal schedule.
