Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use PostGaadi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

PostGaadi helps you prepare one video and publish it to social platforms you connect, using each platform's official API. Where a platform does not allow automated publishing for your account, PostGaadi prepares the post so you can publish it yourself. Features depend on each platform's rules, app review and your account type, and may change when platforms change their APIs.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old and able to agree to these terms.
  • Give accurate information, keep your password secure, and tell us about any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.

3. Connected platforms

  • You may only connect accounts, Pages, channels and chats you own or are authorized to manage.
  • When you publish through PostGaadi you must follow the terms and policies of each platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service, Meta's Terms and Community Standards, TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, LinkedIn's User Agreement and Pinterest's Terms of Service.
  • PostGaadi publishes only when you confirm it, to the destinations you selected. You can revoke access at any time from PostGaadi or from the platform.
  • We are not responsible for platforms' decisions, outages, limits or changes, including content they remove or accounts they restrict.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos, images and text you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process (for example, re-encoding a copy a platform requires) and transmit your content to the platforms you choose, only to provide the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already published on other platforms, which is governed by those platforms.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish your content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break the law.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use PostGaadi to:

  • publish spam, misleading, illegal, hateful or sexually exploitative content, or content that infringes intellectual property;
  • post to accounts you are not authorized to manage, or evade a platform's limits, review or enforcement;
  • interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or access other users' data;
  • resell or provide the service to others without our written permission.

We may suspend or remove content, connections or accounts that break these rules.

6. AI assistance

Optional AI suggestions for captions and titles may be inaccurate. Nothing generated is published unless you review and accept it, and you are responsible for what you publish.

7. Plans, payments and renewals

PostGaadi has a free plan and paid plans (Pro and Business) with the usage limits and prices shown on our pricing page. Prices are shown in Indian rupees in India and in US dollars elsewhere; taxes, if any, are shown before you pay.

  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
  • Renewal: paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel.
  • Upgrades apply immediately; you pay the difference for the rest of the current period, then the new price from your next renewal.
  • Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep your paid plan until then.
  • Failed payments: if a renewal fails we retry it and keep your paid plan for 7 days. If it still fails, your account moves to the free plan. Nothing you created is deleted.
  • Refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using PostGaadi and delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service; where reasonable we will give notice so you can export your content. On deletion we remove your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

PostGaadi is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any platform will accept, keep or display your content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PostGaadi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or audience, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you have not paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to cover claims brought against us by third parties arising from content you publish through PostGaadi or from your breach of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will update the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use PostGaadi after that means you accept the new terms.
